About the Role
We are looking for a
Telecaller
who will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Generate leads and maintain a proper database of customer information.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team lead.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements & Skills
? Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
? Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
? Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language as per requirement)
? Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
? Persuasive speaking skills and patience while handling customers
? Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
