Banzera Solutions is looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our marketing and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining company products or services, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
Report daily call status and lead updates to the team lead or manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Odia.
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in MS Excel/CRM (preferred).
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
