We are hiring a

Telecaller

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining services, maintaining customer data, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Clearly explain services/products and answer customer queries Generate leads and convert them into appointments/sales Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Provide feedback to the team for improving customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) Ability to handle customer objections politely Positive, confident, and target-oriented Telecalling / BPO experience preferred (not mandatory)
