Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for lead generation.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Maintain customer data and call records.
Follow up on potential leads to convert them.
Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and target goals.
Share daily call reports with the team leader.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred).
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
1-2 years experience in telecalling/customer support.
Additional Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-focused.
Immediate joiners preferred.
