We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, provide information about products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
Generate and qualify leads or close sales (as per role)
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up on leads and customer requests in a timely manner
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
