Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced

Telly Caller cum Counselor

who can effectively communicate with clients and provide accurate guidance about our

AI digital solutions, CRM products, websites, and software services

. This role requires excellent communication skills, lead handling, and a strong ability to convert inquiries into confirmed clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to promote services and convert leads Provide clear information about software services and digital solutions Handle follow-ups, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads Maintain accurate records and lead updates in CRM Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads Build strong customer relationships with a professional approach Maintain a polite, confident, and target-driven attitude

Required Skills

2-3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Counseling Strong communication in Hindi and basic English Excellent convincing and negotiation capability Knowledge of CRM usage and calling tools Target-oriented with strong discipline and time management Ability to work under pressure and handle customers professionally

Qualification

Minimum Graduate / Diploma Experience in IT sales, education counseling, digital marketing institutes, or service industry preferred

Salary Range

?7,000 - ?12,000 per month
