to join our dynamic front office team.

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments for consultations. You play a crucial role in building trust and converting inquiries into clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services. Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on previous inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments with clients. Maintain and update lead databases and call records. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling. Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role (healthcare/clinic experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
