Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional offers.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
Submit timely reports and updates to the supervisor or team lead.

Educational Qualification
: Graduation preferred (any stream).
Experience
: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
