Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming customer inquiries. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi Polite and confident tone with the ability to handle rejections. Basic computer knowledge.
