Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to provide information, address queries, and generate interest in our services and programs.
Build rapport and create interest through engaging, professional conversations.
Convince leads to take the next step, such as attending a
session or webinar
.
Maintain call logs and update lead records regularly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
Manage and convince clients' calls professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Contribute to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
High confidence and a positive attitude while speaking over the phone.
Strong client relationship management and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
Qualifications:
Graduated in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in
telecalling (inbound/outbound)
, client relationship management, or customer service preferred.
MBA preferred
, with a specialization in
Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or Business Strategy
(an added advantage).
Work Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided on the following day
