Description:

We are looking for a smart and energetic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and assisting in basic customer service and telemarketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services/products. Maintain a daily record of calls and responses. Follow up on leads and support the sales/marketing team. Handle basic inquiries and provide information over the phone. Maintain customer database and update details accurately. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

Must be based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate locally. Any graduate or 10+2 pass candidates can apply. Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi & English. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
