We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller & Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, promote products or services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance goals
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience in tele calling, call center, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
