We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for property sales and rentals. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties for sale and rent.

Handle inbound inquiries regarding property listings, pricing, and availability.

Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.

Explain property features, amenities, and pricing clearly to clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and property listings.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass or a graduate degree in any field.

Experience:

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Strong negotiation and sales ability.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Languages:

Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
