Job Summary

:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller

to boost sales by reaching out to potential customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering incoming inquiries, and persuading customers to buy vehicles or book test drives.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Schedule appointments for test drives or showroom visits. Follow up with interested customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Coordinate with sales executives and showroom teams.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (automotive industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Basic computer knowledge . Fluency in English High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
