Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller at our Sangli branch. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Handle cash and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the banking industry
