As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various banking transactions for our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions- Process loan payments and credit card payments- Handle currency and coin transactions accurately- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift- Promote bank products and services to customers- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targetsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in retail banking or customer service preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register- Proficient in basic computer skills- Knowledge of banking products and services- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
