Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller (Outbound Sales) professional to join our dynamic sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve conversion strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in outbound sales / telecalling / telesales.
Prior experience in B2C or B2B outbound calling will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Noida or nearby locations preferred.
