We are hiring a target-driven

Telecaller

to focus on the sales of

Loans

.This role involves high-volume outbound calling to acquire new customers and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

high-volume outbound calls

daily to prospective clients. Present and sell

Personal and Business Loan products

, clearly explaining features, rates, and eligibility. Effectively

qualify leads

and fix appointments for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

sales and call targets

. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the

CRM system

. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols.

Requirements

Experience:

6 months to 1 year

in Tele-calling/Telesales, preferably in

BFSI

(Banking/Financial Services).

Skills:

Excellent

verbal communication

and strong persuasive skills.

Education:

Minimum 10+2 qualification.

Attributes:

Target-oriented, resilient, and professional phone etiquette.
