Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database or leads.
Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
Follow up on previous interactions and maintain relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Record and maintain detailed information of calls and customer interactions.
Handle basic customer queries and transfer complex issues to the relevant team.
Report progress to the team lead or manager via email or CRM tools.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Regional languages as per company].
Laptop/desktop with internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Time management and goal-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Prior telecalling or BPO experience is an advantage but
freshers are welcome
Ability to speak confidently and handle rejection
