KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers Explain

Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements & wellness products

Handle

inbound customer inquiries

politely and professionally Generate

sales orders / appointments / leads

Follow up on

pending payments, repeat orders & feedback

Maintain daily

call records & lead status

in Excel / CRM Achieve

daily & monthly calling and sales targets

Coordinate with

sales, dispatch & marketing teams

Resolve basic customer objections and complaints Update customers about

offers, new launches & schemes

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication skills in

Hindi

(English is a plus) Basic knowledge of

sales & customer handling

Willingness to learn

Ayurvedic products

Ability to work with

targets & pressure

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps) Positive attitude & convincing skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Minimum

12th pass

Graduate preferred but not mandatory

WORKING HOURS

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM 6 days working (Sunday off)

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary:

?8,000 - ?15,000 (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹9,400.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
