Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to
pharma distributors, chemists, hospitals, and medical retailers
.
Introduce and promote the company's pharmaceutical products and offers.
Generate qualified leads and share them with the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients to maintain interest and improve conversions.
Maintain call records, customer information, and lead status in CRM.
Respond to basic queries related to products and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, and order follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum
1-4 years
of telecalling experience in the Pharma sector (preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle B2B calls and explain pharma product details clearly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
12th Pass or Graduate
in any stream.
