Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound queries in a professional manner. Explain products/services and generate interest. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Handle complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Required Skills:



Strong verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to handle pressure and rejection. Polite, patient, and persuasive.

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
