Explain hair products (wigs, toppers, extensions)
Follow up on leads & orders
Maintain call records and customer details
Provide polite and professional customer support
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident, friendly & customer-focused
Freshers can apply
Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
