Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
Inform customers about electronics products, offers, and schemes
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Support the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Telecaller (preferably in electronics or retail)
Good communication skills in local language and Hindi/English
Basic knowledge of electronics products is an advantage
Ability to handle customers confidently
Target-oriented and disciplined

Full-time
