S GOLD INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive Female Telecaller to join our sales and customer support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, lead generation, and promoting our range of agricultural machinery to potential customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and customers regarding products and services

Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Share product details, offers, and promotions in a convincing and friendly manner

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions

Explain technical products like power weeders, brush cutters, sprayers, etc. (Training will be provided)

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and closures

Answer customer queries, solve minor issues, and escalate when needed

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Fluent in Hindi, Bengali and basic English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email handling)

Comfortable in working with targets and telecalling volumes

Prior experience in telecalling/sales support is a plus
