We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, promote real estate projects, and generate qualified leads. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and coordinating site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related inquiries
Explain real estate projects, pricing, location, and offers clearly
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into site visits or bookings
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for updates and campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent communication skills (local language + basic English)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an advantage
