The Telecaller will handle incoming and outgoing calls to students/parents, provide information about courses, schedule counseling appointments, and assist in admission follow-ups. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to convince and guide students.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads received through walk-ins, online inquiries, ads, and referrals.
Explain course information, fees, duration, and career scope.
Fix appointments for counseling sessions and demo classes.
Daily follow-up with interested students and close admissions.
Maintain call records and update admission sheets.
Inform students about admission deadlines, batches, and events.
Support counselors in converting leads to admissions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly follow-up targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication in Hindi/English (local language optional).
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Pleasant and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM/Excel usage (preferred).
Active, confident, and goal-oriented.
