Role Overview
The
Telecaller
will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers/residents, explaining services, resolving basic queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires
clear communication, patience, confidence, and a customer-first mindset
.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective customers/leads and explain services clearly.
Handle
inbound calls
and respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.
Share accurate information regarding pricing, availability, policies, and offers.
Maintain proper call records, lead status, and follow-up notes in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with
Sales / Operations / Customer Support teams
when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into bookings or closures.
Maintain professional tone, etiquette, and data confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication in
Hindi & basic English
.
Confidence in speaking to customers over phone.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle rejection and pressure calmly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools).
Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
Minimum
Graduate preferred
.
0-3 years of experience in
Telecalling, Sales Calling, Customer Support, or BPO
.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
