Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Communication:

Answer calls/mails, provide info on services, treatments, and appointments, and address queries.

Appointment Management:

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient visits.

Information & Support:

Explain hospital services, guide on medication adherence, offer empathetic support, and resolve basic issues. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Data Management:

Update patient records, log call details, and maintain databases accurately.

Lead & Follow-up:

Make outbound calls for new patient acquisition and follow-ups on care.

Compliance:

Handle sensitive data with discretion, adhering to confidentiality rules

Key Skills & Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage pressure. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/database systems. Understanding of healthcare terminology (for advanced roles). Telephone etiquette Customer service Data entry Appointment scheduling Problem resolution
