Total Solution is hiring Telesales Executives for Personal Loan and ODE services.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining personal loan products, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable loan options. You will also handle follow-ups with interested customers to complete the loan process. Additionally, the role includes basic data entry, customer document support (ODE), and updating CRM records.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong convincing ability, and confidence in customer handling. Prior experience in telesales or the loan industry is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome.
