Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Representative



Responsibilities:



Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts or pitches.

Sales:

Promote and sell products or services to achieve sales targets.

Lead Generation:

Identify potential leads and gather information about customer needs and preferences.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers to build rapport, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services.

Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers or leads to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

Data Entry:

Record and update customer information in the database accurately.

Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.

Handle Objections:

Address customer concerns or objections and attempt to overcome them to close sales.

Feedback:

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product issues, and other relevant information.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.
