Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.
Explain our services clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain and update the lead database on a daily basis.
Follow up with clients to ensure meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
Work closely with the sales team to support business development.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM or Excel.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / lead generation is an added advantage.
