We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, maintaining customer records, and achieving call/lead targets. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies. Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Service Executive (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
