Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services (Digital Marketing , web development, etc.).
Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the business development team.
Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer care executive preferred (IT sector experience is an advantage).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of IT products and services is desirable.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during calls.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and maintaining data records.
