Sales:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products or services, explaining their features and benefits, and persuading them to buy or schedule appointments.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and nurturing potential customers, collecting their contact information, and forwarding qualified leads to the sales team.

Customer Service:

Handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate customer interaction records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and updating customer databases.

Follow-Up:

Following up with existing clients and potential leads to build relationships and ensure continued satisfaction.

Reporting:

Documenting call outcomes and providing reports or analysis of observations to team leads or managers.
