The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and assisting with follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services (e.g., Apprenticeship, Staffing, TPA solutions).
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions.
Schedule meetings or appointments for business development teams.
Update CRM and maintain daily call logs and reports.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM entry).
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage.
