Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with clients over the phone, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into meetings or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services. Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments for field sales or design teams. Maintain client database and update records regularly. Handle customer queries in a professional manner. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Share daily call updates and feedback with the supervisor.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Confident, polite, and professional voice tone Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets) Target-oriented attitude Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred

Female candidates are preferred
