Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and online platforms
Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales teams
Maintain customer database (CRM) and update call status
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales call targets
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Required Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Fluency in Hindi and basic English is a must
Preferred Qualifications
:
Graduate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
Experience in real estate, insurance, or telecalling is a plus
Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR preferred
