Job Title : Teleceller ( Loan Department )

Job summary :

We ' re seeking a result - driven Teleceller to join our Loan Department and drive sales growth through outbound and inbound calls .The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building relationship with customers, and selling loan products .

Key Responsibilities

strong communication and customer service skills. Handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and identifying potential leads Providing support and assistance to customers. Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products, follow up on leads, and initiate collection efforts.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
