Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Explain the features and benefits of products/services. Follow up on previous interactions and keep track of customer responses. Maintain daily call records and report outcomes to the supervisor. Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals. Provide feedback on customer preferences and behavior to improve processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in [mention language(s)]). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Patience, persistence, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
