Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a tellecaller. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Provide information about products or services Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Maintain a database of customer information Follow up on customer calls where necessary

Skills

Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
