Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using the provided customer database
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Explain KONU's verified property services to prospects
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion
Handle basic office calling and customer queries
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1+ year experience
in telecalling or lead generation
Fluency in
English & Hindi
(mandatory)
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM or call management tools
Target-driven and self-motivated
