Maintain and manage client records accurately using CRM or MS Excel.[expertia +1]
Support clients with application procedures, documentation, and address their concerns throughout the process.[expertia]
Meet monthly call and conversion targets set by the consultancy.[expertia +1]

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.[shine +1]

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in education, training, or immigration sectors.[expertia +1]
