Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries to promote products/services.
Communicate effectively in
Hindi, English, and Telugu
to connect with diverse clients.
Persuade and convince customers to consider the offered products/services.
Handle objections, provide relevant information, and close sales with strong negotiation skills.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Deliver impactful presentations and confidently explain services/products to customers.
Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Support.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory).
Strong
convincing ability
and a positive attitude.
Good
negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Effective
presentation skills
and ability to engage with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
