We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, explain products or services clearly, and generate leads or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle incoming customer queries professionally
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
Ability to understand customer needs
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Fluency in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Confidence and positive attitude
Ability to handle objections politely
