Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to promote products, services, or programs.
Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the database.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful outcomes.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.
Collaborate with the sales/operations team to support campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in [local language/English].
