Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and effectively communicating with potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or job opportunities. The Telecaller will play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to promote products, services, or programs. Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the database. Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful outcomes. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times. Collaborate with the sales/operations team to support campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in [local language/English]. Ability to engage customers with confidence and clarity. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management systems. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good listening skills and patience in handling customer queries.
