Educational Qualification

Minimum: 12th pass or any degree (preferred: graduates in arts, commerce, or business administration).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).

Skills Needed

Strong communication in Tamil

Good telephone etiquette -- polite, professional, and confident tone.

Ability to explain exam-related details clearly (notifications, schedules, materials, etc.).

Convincing skills to promote courses or study materials.

Basic data entry and record management ability.

Job Responsibilities

Calling students daily to inform them about upcoming exams, materials, and updates.

Helping candidates register for exams or access study materials.

Following up with students who showed interest in courses or subscriptions.

Coordinating with the content and marketing teams for new updates.

Work Details

Job Type: Full-time (office or hybrid depending on the company's policy).

Work Hours: Typically 9 AM - 6 PM.

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer support, or education-related roles.

Salary: ₹10,000-?18,000 (depending on experience) + incentives for targets.
