Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales. Maintain call records and update the CRM with relevant details. Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Additional languages are a plus). Confident and persuasive telephone manners. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM). Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Salary:



Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
