Make outbound calls to potential and existing students.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Handle students questions and objections with confidence.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and student information.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Skills Required:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling student's queries and objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Qualification:
Any Bachelor's degree .
Prior telesales/telemarketing/customer service experience is an advantage.
