Job Description

Responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or resolving queries. Must have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred; freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to inform them about products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Generate leads and follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Maintain customer database and update call details in CRM or excel sheets. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls and conversions.

Required Skills

:

Excellent communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM systems. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate.

Qualifications

:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, telesales, or customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
